Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the toro88 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. toro88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
The toro88 platform operates in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in IDR. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the User's financial institution.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until the full wagering requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn as cash.
Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited if the applicable wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. In the absence of a specific timeframe, a default expiry period of 30 calendar days from the date of bonus credit applies.

All bets are subject to acceptance by toro88. Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 72 hours of scheduled start time, data feed errors resulting in materially incorrect odds, or where toro88 determines that a market has been compromised by match-fixing or other integrity violations. Voided bets are returned to the Player's wallet at the original stake amount.
In the event of a software, hardware, or connectivity malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, toro88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. No claims will be accepted for losses allegedly resulting from technical issues outside the Platform's direct control.

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances (including any pending withdrawals) may be forfeited, and toro88 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, toro88's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to toro88 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

toro88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach, toro88 may forfeit any remaining balance at its sole discretion.
You may request closure of your toro88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified, unrestricted balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and applicable withdrawal policies.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). toro88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after written notice to the registered email address. Dormant account balances that remain unclaimed after a further 24-month period may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toro88 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
